Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a National Day of Service. We’re all encouraged to serve in some way to help improve our communities. Gray Warr does that every day in his hometown, Aspen, Colorado. Gray saw a lot of food going to waste, and he saw many hungry people. To rescue food and to feed his neighbors, he started a nonprofit, Harvest for Hunger. Some days he rescues and distributes 1,300 pounds of food. What a way to offer a helping hand!
