Kindness @ 30,000 Feet

Flying on an airplane with a baby can be a stressful experience for everyone onboard.  Jake and Kelly Levine were no different as they took their five month old Romey on her first flight ever.  But in the midst of the flight, Romey became transfixed by the stranger in the seat next to her who was crocheting. Meegan Rubin enjoyed the captivated audience and decided she had just enough yarn and time to make a beanie before their flight reached its destination.  Not only were the parents thrilled but the passengers took joy in this little act of kindness.  Kelly said that Romey’s beanie shows that we can be kind to other people with no strings attached. Click the link below to watch today’s Story of Joy.
