Saving Brilliance

High school science teacher Clay Morton is trying to save brilliance from fading in Fayetteville, Arkansas one month at a time. When he learned his brilliant former college geology professor, Walt Manger, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Clay started meeting with Walt monthly for a time that brings mutual joy. They go over Walt’s geology slides to remind him of his passion and so Clay can express his gratitude for Walt as his role model. Watch these “rock stars of compassion” shine brightly as reported by Steve Hartman of CBS News.
