Betty Kellenberger is 80 years old. She earned her nickname, Betty The Legend, for being the oldest woman to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail. Betty didn’t let her age, a fall, an illness, or grief stop her. She walked and walked and walked, finding kindness and help and joy along the way.
