An American woman, Desi Linden, won the Boston Marathon on Monday. There was other news related to the marathon this week. Jessica Kensky and Patrick Downes were there five years ago. They were injured in the bombing that day. They suffered injuries and fought for recovery. Jessica and Patrick are using that pain and suffering for good. Today’s Story of Joy tells their story and brings hope and education to others.
