Some are acting with generous hearts in response to the pandemic. Stories of Joy heard of one of these stories that started with a landlord. The landlord owns several rental properties and chose to give his tenants a gift by waiving rent for April. This gift was for all . . . whether or not the tenants lost income because of the stay-at-home orders. One couple is able to work from home and still being paid, so they decided to Pay it Forward to the landlord. They hired a landscaper to do a spring clean-up of the property. The landscaper did extra work, and the couple tipped him for the effort. The landscaper then Paid it Forward and gave the tip to his helper. There’s kindness all around us. Let’s give thanks for that!
