The name, Rescued Food Market, may not win a name contest over Sprouts or Whole Foods, but it’s a great project! It’s a new kind of grocery store open in Vancouver. After discovering how much food goes to waste in Canada, the Food Stash Foundation found a way to get good food out to customers, and the customers pay what they can.
