Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida was known in the news for an awful tragedy that occurred there in 2018. So how do you not be defined by that? Teachers tell the students to remember the victims but also to honor them by doing their very best. Well, they’ve come together and worked hard and are now experiencing joy as they find out their band will be playing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
