Herman Cruse is a school bus driver, and he recently received an award for his work. It wasn’t an award for safe driving or for the cleanest bus. It was an award for tutoring kids in reading. It all started with an overheard conversation and an offer to help. The kids love reading with Mr. Herman, and he loves seeing their joy as they read!
