Love has no age limit. Jo Cartwright, 96, and Bernard Snyder, 98, both lost spouses of more than a half century in the past few years. Both of them also happen to live in the same retirement community in Austin, Texas, and they were lonely. Snyder admitted that he would often eat meals alone in his room. So he decided to invite Cartwright to his birthday party (strategically inviting a couple of her friends as well), and sparks flew from there. Neither of them thought they would have another shot at love this late in life, but love and joy found them! They hope their story let’s others know that they should never give up on love. Cartwright says, “There’s hope. We want everyone to have what we have.” Amen, Jo! Click the link below to read their love story.
Very precious.
