Auburn University student Kaili Blauwkamp, a member of Auburn’s EAGLES program for students with intellectual disabilities, had the opportunity to interview football coach Alex Golesh. Their conversation quickly went viral, and Kaili suddenly found herself at the center of attention across the Auburn community. Golesh embraced her enthusiasm and personality, and the response from Auburn fans gave Kaili a tremendous boost of confidence. She felt seen, celebrated, and welcomed by the university she loves.
