At Stories of Joy these last few weeks, we’ve heard some great stories honoring Black History Month. We’re bringing you one of those stories today. Major General Marcelite Harris was buried earlier this month at Arlington National Cemetery. She was the first Black woman to earn the rank of Major General in the Air Force, but that was just one of the “firsts” she earned.
