Maksym Kryshtafor loves playing chess, and it’s been a great joy for him these last months of his young life. Maksym is an 8-year-old boy from Ukraine. Earlier this year he and his mother escaped the war by going to Romania, now they’re living in York, England. The one constant has been chess.
