Gift of Touch

Amputees suffer great losses. One of those losses is the loss of touch. The inability to feel a loved one’s cheek. The inability to hold a partner’s hand. Thanks to some amazing scientific advances in prosthetics, amputees are experiencing the gift of touch. Today’s Story of Joy is longer than our usual stories, but it’s worth every minute of it.
